  Check your "Downloads" folder for SimpleHelp-Client.exe (Windows) or .dmg (macOS).

  Run the installer

  Double‑click the file. If Windows shows a security prompt, click "Run anyway" – this is normal.

  Complete installation

  Keep default settings. Installation takes less than 2 minutes.

  Return to verification portal

  Once installed, go back to the previous page – your SSA specialist will give you a session code to connect.
